We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Specifically:
Account Data is retained for the duration of your account plus 12 months after closure.
Transaction Data is retained for 7 years to comply with Kenyan tax and financial regulations.
Health & Fitness Data is retained for the duration of your account and deleted within 30 days of account closure.
Usage Data is retained for up to 12 months.
When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
